Who you are buying from
Prints and gift cards on momentsofscotland.com and bowerbirdprints.com (Bower Bird Prints) are sold by Strategically Lean Academy, trading as Moments of Scotland, Trinity Centre, 155 Union Street, Aberdeen AB11 6BE. Every print is made to order and posted to you directly by our print partner.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. This covers every print in our catalogue, framed or unframed: they are printed when you order, but they are standard designs, not made to your personal specification. Custom commissions made from your own photograph or brief are personalised and are not covered, though we will always help with a genuine problem.
How to return a print
Email hello@momentsofscotland.com within 14 days of receiving it, with your order reference (it starts MOS-). We will reply with the return address. Send the print back unused and in its tube or packaging. Return postage is yours to pay unless the print arrived damaged or wrong. [Return address to be confirmed by Sarah.]
Refunds
We refund the price you paid, including the original standard delivery charge, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the print back.
Damaged, faulty or wrong prints
If your print arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email hello@momentsofscotland.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you. You will not need to send the damaged print back unless we ask.
Gift cards
You can cancel a gift card within 14 days of buying it for a full refund, as long as none of it has been spent. Gift cards can be used on any print on either site, more than once until the balance runs out. They cannot be exchanged for cash. [Expiry: none, unless Sarah decides otherwise.]
